First flight coach, 2nd Business Class

Our first short flight is  United Economy Class.  I'm planning on upgrading our 2nd longer flight to Business Class.  Would we check our luggage in at the Business Class check in Kiosk since United offers express service for disembarkation in Business Class?

Thanks, that's what we were thinking. Last time we were at the airport for an early flight we noticed long check in lines at the United counter.
