Second cruise and first with Princess.  Wondered what sort of time embarkation start for the Caribe Deck (Balcony).  We are travelling from Sydney going around New Zealand.

Thanks

You'll receive an email with the SUGGESTED time for boarding a couple of weeks before your cruise. It is a suggestion, not mandatory.

I don't have first hand knowledge of how SYD does boarding, but in the US most ports start boarding around 11 AM. Transit passengers are first, then wedding parties, BVE if there are any (US only), Elite/Suites, Platinum and finally everyone else in order of arrival at check-in.

If SYD doesn't do "mandatory" for boarding times, arrive when you want and get in line.😃

The last couple of times we boarded the Ruby in San Pedro (LA) we arrived around 11:15 and actually boarded around noon. The cabins were not ready until about 1:00. So we just went to the buffet and had lunch until the cabin was ready.
