Getting credit for a cruise taken before VIFP program

Has anyone gotten credit for their cruise days taken on a cruise before the VIFP program on Carnival? I was on the Festivale in 1991 and was hoping there is a way to get credit for it. Was looking for a customer service email address to send pictures to prove it, but can’t find one.

Under your profile on carnival.com you can select My cruises, at the bottom is a place to submit past cruise if it's not showing in your list.

You will need to provide some proof of sailing- if you have a Sail & Sign card (not sure about the timing- did they have them in 1991?) or a photo proving you sailed on that ship on that date you're in great shape. Our first cruise was in 1988 on the Carnivale and I was able to find our embarkation photo with the ship's name and the date on it, and they gave us all the credit for those dates.

I sent in a boarding picture of my 1992 cruise on the Fantasy.

My first cruise was also Festivale 1991 and just a couple years ago I sent in some paperwork from it that I found. I think it was the actual bill for the cruise. Got credit for it.

Yes cruise cards were in use in 1991.

The earliest one I have come across is 1986!! -and Jamaan knows who he is.
