Carnival Breeze 7 Day Western Caribbean Photo Review

Recommended Posts

The ride back wasn't very long. We boarded the tender and got back on the ship. DH went up to Lido for a burger and I got ice cream. We went back to the room and DH showered. I hung out on the secret deck with Mom for a few minutes and then joined DH for a nap before dinner.

My sister and her family and DH left before dessert for Hasbro. Apple pie was on the menu and DH had left before he knew that so Marcel, our waiter, got me not one, but two slices of pie to go and he added a chocolate melting cake for the girls because they left early too and he said he has kids and he didn't want them to miss out on dessert. He was so sweet!

I took my picture with Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head and then went to the room to drop off he pie. I met Mom at Pixels and we looked at some photos on the larger screens. We walked up to the shops and Mom spotted my DH. I told him about the apple pie surprise and we went back to the room for a little while. I got two bags of laundry together since free laundry is a platinum perk. Not much was happening that night so I read a bit before going to bed.

Sexy bunny!

Roatan

I got up at 8:20 a.m. and took a shower. I then took a look on our secret deck and saw the beach area which was where we were headed for the day. I went to Lido for breakfast. Carnival Dream was also docked. It looked like on Deck 5 you could go up on the aft and see the Dream's bow, but there was a rope blocking it off.

Thanks for sharing this review! Once you started uploading from FB I was able to see the pics. Yay!!

Is there a way to go back and change the google ones at the beginning and upload them again through FB? I would love to see all of those earlier pics!

I don't think I can change the previous ones! 😞 But maybe if you click on them and do open in new window you can see them that way if you have a Google account? Not sure if that will work, but you can try! Lots more pics coming this weekend!

We rode the flying chairs to the beach. As part of the package, we got clamshell chairs and floating mats. My sister and brother-in-law also got kayaks. My sister and I had to give our S&S cards to the guy that set up our clamshells which made me nervous. Rule number one of cruising is to never let your S&S card out of your sight!

DH and I went in the water with my sister and her family, but then it started to sprinkle so I headed back to my clamshell and ate a snack. I then went back in the water for a bit. Then DH and I went kayaking with my sister and brother-in-law. The best part about kayaking was that there was an area that was fenced off that had sea turtles! This ended up being my favorite part of the whole cruise. I didn't bring my phone for fear of dropping it in the water, but my sister did.

I had the pasta bar from Cucina del Capitano. After that, DH napped and I tried to find a spot to read. Serenity was too sunny. I read for a bit on Deck 5 until it got too loud. The rope wasn't blocking off where the Dream was anymore, so I snapped a couple pics of the Dream's bow.

We met for supper. I had the chicken tenders in sweet chili sauce which I absolutely LOVE. I also had the chicken milanese. The boys went to the movies after supper, the kids went to camp and Mom, my sister and I spent time at Pixels picking out photo packages. Then Mom went back to her room and my sister and I went to Lido for second dessert. We chatted for awhile in the aft outdoor seating area of Lido. I went to bed around 10 p.m. because of our early excursion. I filled out a breakfast tag.
