Despegue Posted May 13, 2019 #27 Share Posted May 13, 2019 The creamed chicken over a biscuit is called Koninginnehapje ( The Netherlands and Belgium/Flanders )or Vol-au-vent ( in Belgium). it should also include mushrooms and preferably mini meatballs. the biscuit is called a vidée and should be crispy and right out of the oven.
