I’v never been on Royal Caribbean but I’ve been doing a lot of reading  since we will be on the  Allure  of the seas in September  and it seems  that you would get  the premium coffee At park café.

Premium coffee is also available at the cafe promenade.  Bottled water brands can change.

We used to see Ice River Springs water, but last time we saw some other brand of purified water.  Not even pring water anymore.

I have also seen them in the Solarium Bar on certain mornings after 6:30 am.
