NCL Jewel Updated Dining Room Menus?

Does anyone have recent NCL Jewel menus for the main dining room?  This will be our first time on NCL (Alaska this July).  We've seen all of the recommendations for the specialty dining, but are trying to go as low budget as possible.  We are not foodies. Just curious what to expect.

I would also like the menus for the Jewel if anyone has them. Looking for Chin Chin & O'sheehans please.

We're just off the Dawn here on the N.E. last Saturday, there are no new 2019 MDR menus for the fleet (yet) - and, if there are changes soon or kicking in ... it usually begin a gradual roll-out on the mega/plus ships first, with the mid-size ships getting them eventually.  

 

What we had was the same exact menu on the Escape this January - for which we had all 14 MDR daily menu options, nothing new or different at all.  MDR lunch menu is the same everyday of the week - if and when it is open (full sea days).  For MDR breakfast, there is a Daily Special (3 different choices) besides the usual eggs, pancake, waffles, and yes - smoked salmon on a toasted bagel w. cream cheese (my favorite "side") - look below for link to review for menus & pix. 

 

Chin Chin's dining menu should be practically the same, if not identical to the ones on the Gem & the Dawn last week - link is here (click) with pictures.
