Celeb thread functioned much  better before the EDGE thread was integrated into the gen Celeb thread... Maybe it needs to be split out by ship and a gen topic area or at least  set EDGE apart like it was????

It isn't only the Celebrity forum that is experiencing this problem.

This actually worked  for me,  I could post to threads I previously posted on...but couldn't go to any other Celeb threads

Just emailed help@cruisecritic.com and received this reply.  I wasn't aware of this thread until now.  Very frustrating, hope it gets resolved soon.

After many hours of the Princess forum being mostly down since 12/30, I finally sent a message to their Help email address & received a link from Jenn K to this discussion.  Obviously it’s affected many forums beyond the Princess forum that I use although the Princess roll calls are working for me.

 

I’ve tried all of the ways possible to get it to work but it’s now day four of these problems which I just learned are widespread...frustrating. 😟

I have also been having this problem for over 2 days.  I wish they would put it back the way it was.  I especially miss "the show first unread post" and I miss the threads I have looked at being highlighted in red.

 

Time to go somewhere else for awhile and see if it is fixed in a couple of weeks.

No way to get to the boards problem has been ongoing for over a week now!  Might work for a day or two, then crashes - in this case since early yesterday afternoon.  Surely the volume is not huge today?!?!  PLEASE fix, CC.

Um dude what is going on with this website? I mean really what the heck is going on? This is a PERFECT example of the phrase don't fix what ain't broken. The site was fine before this new dam website. Now its issuers week after week.

Wasn't that replaced with the blue circle or blue star?

Was on here at noon, just came back but apparently MySQL server has gone away or gotten Lost.. T.

Really don't know what has happened.  I can access my Roll Calls, but not Royal Forum or Carnival.

Hmmm, ...  Is it just a coincidence that the app has reappeared - about the same time that access errors (timeouts?)  to the cruise subforums occurred? 

 

Are people using the app able to access the subforums during the downtime?
