No. All the cards expire Aug. 31.

Unfortunately Princess has decided to confiscate/cancel all the coffee cards after Aug 31 no matter what they told you when you made the purchase. 

It appears to be a money grabber move and they didn't care what the people thought about this action.

No. all coffee cards will expire on August 31, 2019.

You aren't supposed to, but you could take it and try.  Wouldn't surprise me if the bar server didn't give it to you.  I've had them accept expired cards before.
