Sent an email to Princess about an hour and 15 minutes ago regarding our Captains Circle # of cruises

based on our taking an upsell to a full suite...

 

Got this return response about 5 minutes ago

 

Thank you for your recent email.  As a goodwill gesture, we have added an additional credit to your history.  To automatically receive 2 credits for a suite, the original cabin booked must be a suite.

Good deal. In the past, I've had to call to get the 2nd credit. Next time I'll just do this and avoid 15 minutes on hold.
