Long beach october

we will be in Long Beach next October 25 and 26.  Is it Hot enough to swim (swimming pool or ocean)?

People swim in pools year round here. The ocean temps in So Cal start dropping in mid October. It would be fine for cooling off, but not for long term exposure. The surfers probably won't be in full wetsuits yet.

Temps for Long Beach in October can be roasting or cool......we get "Santa Ana" wind conditions that can get quite warm.  Ocean temps will be in the sixties.
