There's only a handful of things in the Dockyard that will be open.

Frog and Onion Pub, Calico Jacks Floating Bar, and Fun Golf. Snorkel Park has some events. 

 

If you are there on a Monday between July 1 thru August 26 there is the Desination Dockyard event.

There is a pirate ship - Calico Jacks, in the Dockyard. They have a bar, live music etc, and you can jump off the "plank" on the top deck into the water. I went last summer and had fun.
