TRYING TO ORGANIZE A ROLL CALL GET TOGETHER

It is a few years since I last organized a get together of our Roll Call. Back in those days, we had a representative for each Princess ship with whom we liaised regarding the meeting area, how many would be in attendance etc.

Yesterday, I sent an email to the only contact I could find and that was the Public Relations of Princess regarding our Roll Call get together and the reply I received was for me to see the Cruise Director once on board our ship which is the Sun Princess.

That is not how it used to work and I am wondering if anyone has the email contact for either the Sun Princess representative or one or any of the other ships so that an email could be forwarded on to the correct person. I used to have a list but I must have sent it to the delete file a few years ago. Perhaps the whole process has changed, if so please let me know the new way of organizing a meet and greet.

Any help would be appreciated.  We do have a couple of months before we are on board.

The way I read her post is that she is part of a roll call and has offered to organize a meet and greet. Now, she can't find an onboard contact. In January, I organized an M&G and had a very helpful Princess contact. Long before we sailed we knew the time and place and a number of senior staff joined us. I think that thisislou has offered a good starting point.

I did this for the Coral in December.

Someone on here posted a list of ships with the emails and names of the coordinator for that ship.

I just tried a search for that but couldn't find it.

We definitely planned it before we were on board the ship!

My contact was:

For our January cruise, Lawrence Andrada was handling the Emerald Princess. I think I had seen this list at the time and contacted Rosanne Pennucci; she quickly got me in touch with Lawrence. So, it's probably a good bet to contact the person on the list above and hope that they'll get you forwarded to the correct person.

We already have an established Roll Call and all I want to do is to organize a time and meeting place for us once on board.

Thanks so much for this list. Even it if is out of date, I can send an email to one of them and they will forward it on. This is what I was after.

Hello

Last few cruises, I sent an email to Craig Blish  "cblish@princesscruises.com"  . He is always very helpful finding the correct contact and/or setting it up himself.

Lou

Thanks for that. I will send an email to him and see if he can pass it on to the correct person.
