Getaway after dry dock

Getaway has a Syd Norman’s now. First time on getaway. Had the getaway a Starbucks before in the atrium?

Cool. That’s all brand new furniture in bliss lounge also. Appreciate the photos as there was nothing to be seen online about what they were doing.

But they are playing opera music from the loud speake!?. What the hell. Didn’t booked a msc cruise. Now Nirvana, thank you.

Haha. They have clearly been working on it flat out for 2 weeks. Outdoor area if bar looking great. How is the weather in Copenhagen?

Not cold. Morning was sunny, now cloudy. Kopenhagen is great. Loved the Tivoli at night with all the lights, great place.

Thanks for that. I will be alongside the ship next Tuesday when it is in Edinburgh as I am in scotland. I will then board on 4th July

Thought you can go at the getaway to the front of the ship like breakaway at the left site?   I’m sure I saw older videos where it was possible. Is this new or change this time ago? Looks like haven? But haven and vibe are inside open? Don’t get it. 

But this is a bummer. I like to go at the front when sailing In at ports or want to go there at sailing in to the fjords. I was sure to go there at getaway.

I’m sure you can. On breakaway you can for sure but only at one side?

That wall is new. It used to be open on the port side.

 

The haven/vide took up the starboard side.

i agree, that wall was not on the ship in February. it looks like they expanded the Haven sundeck to include the starboard side.

Tivoli Gardens is beautiful all the time. So they replaced some things. But did they change the club DJ? I have sailed on Getaway 2 times, totaling 23 days. Every night the DJ played only 1/3rd to 1/2 of a song and mostly reggaeton or bachata. The place became a ghost town after the themed events ended.
