Tipping Tour Guides in Cuba

Sorry, I tried a search and could not find anything on this specific topic.  We are booked for private tours in all three of our Cuban ports.  Can someone tell me the average amount I should tip to the driver and the guide?  Thanks much.

I tipped each person $10.  They seemed happy with it.

We tipped our driver 10 cup and our guide 20 cuc.  We also paid for our guide's lunch.

YUP, we are all in limbo as our wonderful administration decides whether or not to permanently destroy everyone's vacation plans.

Really irrelevant now that all cruise ships from US are going to be banned from visiting Cuba. So therefore all cruise ships will not visit and the locals will miss tips and all other tourist income.
