Viking entertainment world cruise

I am new to this board and am hoping for some information.  We love cruising and are seriously considering a Viking ocean world cruise in 2021 that is 140 days long (Los Angeles to London).  We've sailed a lot but the longest we've ever been is 17 days.  What type of evening entertainment or activities would we find on a Viking world cruise?  We would not expect a typical show extravaganza each night but we are curious as to what to expect on most evenings, especially since there are a lot of sea days.  We enjoy educational programs as well as music and other entertainment.
