What's the longest cruise that you have been on?

“Only” 12 nights, which was actually a quasi B2B jumping off an NCL ship in Miami and getting on a Princess ship in Ft. Laud the same day.

I like the 10 to 14 night cruises the best. The 21 night that we have booked my only worry is everything repeating. Food, entertainment etc. I can find stuff to do.

30 days - South America - up the Amazon and around the Horn in one cruise, but B2B have totaled up to 50 days.

Our longest sailing was 14 days.  By day 12, we were getting a bit anxious to get home.  The ship starts to get a little repetitive.

 

To us, 7 days seems a bit short.  It seems like 9 to 12 day sailings suit us best.

11 days on the Jade from Barcelona to the Canary Islands for our Honeymoon.  My wife and I both agreed that after 7 days we were ready to go home.  Since then it's 7 days or less for us.

Have done the 9 day itinerary out of Bayonne 3 times and loved it.

Being a working family with a kid in school doing longer than that has been impossible up to now but we'll definitely try in the future. Would love to do at least 14 days.

I will say that going from 7 days to 9 days was awesome. It always takes a couple of days to get comfortable and acclimated to the ship and on a 7 day sailing that means days 3,4, and 5 are when you're in the zone and then day 6 you're already getting ready to disembark. Those extra 2 days make a world of difference.

One problem I have with cruises, even the 7-day ones, is that I actually get sick of eating.  You look at the clock and think, "Oh Lordy ... do  I have to go eat AGAIN."

19 days South America. The best cruise ever and our cabin was $399.00 and we were upgraded to a balcony free.

And the ship still sailed   at 75 % capacity. Perfect weather all the way.  We then spent 3 days in Valparaíso  on the riveria   Vina Del Mar at a  quint family run hotel hanging over the ocean with great views and not far from their larges casino.. Before going home.

With NCL you can eat  whenever you want.  No assigned mealtimes, so you can skip.

We've done 1 11 day & 1 10 day, all the rest have been 7 day cruises.  We do have a 12 day booked for 2/2021. 

Dh has decided 7 days is too short, but I'm still working. 😏

2 weeks LA to Hawaii round trip on Princess. Way too long. I was 21 and with my family. I easily was one of the youngest people there and bored out of my mind on everyday that wasn't a port day.
