We just got off and we had issues as well. We got to all the ports an hour late but didn't have to skip any ports. I wonder what's going on.

We're on the 6/22 sailing (now 6/23 sailing).  I wouldn't mind the $200 pp OBC at all.  Someone else said this week's cruisers got $500 OBC. That really isn't a lot so maybe they were misinformed.  Waiting for 11A CT tomorrow's Carnival update.
