Our cruise is ending in Port Everglades and the time for disembarkation is 8:00AM.

There is a flight i would like to take out of Miami at 12h15. Is it too tight?

First time I have a cruise disembarking so late.

Thanks.

You should be able to make that flight, provided the ship arrives on time.  You should plan on self-debarkation, and take a taxi or Uber to the Miami airport rather than a shuttle.  Much easier with just your party in the vehicle, then straight to the airport. As long as you’re among the first off, you should be good to go.

Most of the Carnival cruises we have been on say 8 am debarkation.  But it has been a rarity for us not to be off before then with priority debarkation.  We were on the Breeze in April and were off the ship by 7:40 (with checked luggage, not self assist) and sitting at our gate at MCO at 9:35.  We are on the Magic in September and have booked a 10:40 am flight out of FLL.  We do have a backup plan in case the ship has problems and is late arriving.  But if everything goes as normal it shouldn't be a problem.

We got off on Sunday (6/16) carried our own luggage. Our call to debark was at 7:45. Getting off the ship was rather quick, Customs was a long weaving maze of a line but it kept moving, slow but constant. We finally cleared customs and walked to our car in the garage by 8:35.
