NCL Hot Seat Promotion

On many of the dailies from NCL I see the occasional “Hot Seat Promotion” listed at the Casino at various times.  Anyone know what this is?  (I’m new to NCL)

If  you are at the machine or table position they "randomly" pick, you get $25 in play.

They award something like $25 in freeplay to someone playing a machine or at a table game.  I believe you need to have your players card inserted in machine or checked in at your table to be eligible.  I won the freeplay once.
