Interrent help needed

I am on the Coral Princess. First night. I am connected to the internet and the speed is fine. My trouble is the 'princess@sea' is not opening as my default browser. I signed in, closed it and it is gone. Please help. Bobbi

Try typing into your browser : Coral.Princess.com 

 

I think that should get it back. There is also usually a brief explanation on the front page of your embarkation day Princess Patter.

I would suggest you go to the Internet Cafe and talk over your problem with the crew member in charge of the internet cafe. I have always found them very helpful and co-operative. And they know what they are talking about.

Go to the Internet Cafe - if you are not on unlimited and you couldn't logout they may refund you minutes.

On the medallion.net homescreen, click on the "Cruise Concierge" button on the left side of the screen.

Happened to me once left the browser open over night ,my bad. They refunded my time because he could clearly see that I had not been browsing! Very careful about that now..lol

I had the Internet manager download Logon and Logoff apps to make signing on and off internet easier.
