Another Cheers question

We've decided to purchase the Cheers package for our upcoming cruise. Are we able to use it the morning that we disembark? I NEED my morning coffee to get me going for the long car ride home! 🤣 And my husband will be thrilled to have that final breakfast mimosa.  LOL!

I believe that YMMV.  I think that your DH will not be able to get his last morning mimosa, but you may be able to get your coffee fix.  I say may since the general time parameters are 600am-559am for the Cheers program.  I enjoy a cold brew or an iced double espresso in the morning, but I have never attempted on the morning of disembarkation. Since you really can't get your first drink till 1130 or so on embarkation day, you hopefully should be able to get a final coffee at 700 am when you're disembarking.

The ship does not accept cash at any bars.

They used to have a couple bars open and accepted  cash on that morning only.  My husband used to get a drink with breakfast.  It’s been a while ago.  He just hasn’t been getting a drink on the last couple disembarkation mornings.

i know one was the casino bar because we had to ass by there to pick up some alcohol we bought in Mexico and they sold him a beer.

As stated, no cash taken for payment but doesn't mean a bartender didn't accept cash in exchange for a drink.

You'll definitely be able to get your specialty coffee on that last day (we always do) but I haven't seen the bars opened.  One cruise we were in a lengthy "fog delay" coming back in and they "opened" the bars up which lends me to believe they would all normally be closed.  We were able to utilize Cheers for our drinks but the count to 15 was continued from the night before.  For example, I had 13 drinks the previous day and was able to only get 2 debark morning.  Not complaining, just explaining.
