Has anyone used Bags and Go service for luggage transfer/holding  for the day in Barcelona?

No, but our hotel (Arc La Rambla) had a luggage storage section..

I held off responding to the OPs question as I haven't used them personally and thought that someone who had may well come on and comment. All I can say is that I know of several individuals who've used them (independent of each other) and all had good things to say.

Yes, we used Bags and Go last September.  I highly recommend them.  We had made reservations ahead of time and easily found them in  baggage claim after disembarking from our ship in the port.  Quickly dropped off our luggage and verified they were taking it to the correct hotel and we were off on our own to explore Barcelona.  When we arrived at our hotel around 2 PM and began checking in the agent advised us our bags had been delivered already.  Couldn't have been more happy with the service.  It saved us from having to go directly to our hotel to drop of our bags (even though we wouldn't have been able to check in that early) and then back out to start our touring.  It was well worth the money.
