We did this excursion last spring, they had this warning back then.  What made it dangerous was the lack of speed, we were going so slow that I almost tipped over!

This most active excursion is suitable only for passengers in excellent physical condition. Guests with heart conditions, neck or back issues, or women who are pregnant may not participate on this tour. The minimum age required to participate is 12 years old. Closed toe shoes are required. Participants must wear a helmet. Bring a hat and sunscreen.

I went on this excursion last year and was the only person on the tour. The guide still would not speed it up! I asked if we could at least do the loop twice and that was not allowed either.  🙁🙁
