Refund of on board credit

For those who have experience with having a credit after your cruise  of refundable on board credit, how long did it take Royal Caribbean to issue the credit to your credit card on file? Thanks!

Usually within 5 business days.

 

You can get a cash refund by visiting Guest Services on the last afternoon.

I had enough of guest services while on board. 😉 I didn't know I'd have a positive balance. So, patiently (kind of) waiting for the credit to be posted.

@Heather1972 I hope you won't find my question intrusive. I am simply curious as in all of my cruises I can only remembering visiting Guest Services once. Why had you had enough of GS? I have my first RCL cruise booked for September.

Got off the ship on Saturday. Credit was posted to my credit card Tuesday morning. 😃
