Jewel Southbound Alaska

I believe it is a Private excursion not sponsored by NCL - However as I have read previously here at CC

a boat leaves Juneau and preceeds the JEWEL cruising further into the Tracy Arm to view the Sawyer glacier

and later meets the ship at Holkham Bay.

There is an option to this (weather/ice factor) of visiting the Dawes glacier at the end of the Endicott Arm.

If BirdTravels is on board - more information will be available.

On the May 27th southbound we did Endicott Arm to Dawes Glacier.  Tracy Arm wasn't accessible for our sailing.  We did another glacier too, but I can't remember which one it was......it was a rainy day so pictures weren't so good.

Dawes Glacier on a much clearer day -- and an iceberg with a few freeloaders
