Getting around Barcelona

Cruising on the Celebrity Reflection Nov. 5, 2019 transatlantic repositioning out of Barcelona. We are arriving two days early and need transportation from the airport to the Hotel Gaudi, from the hotel to Montserrat for a day trip, and from Hotel Gaudi to the cruise terminal. Any suggestions on transfers? Should I book a private service for all three? Looking for something convenient but not expensive. Thanks.
