Fantasy parking options

We are cruising on the Fantasy soon and we're looking for parking options that are less expensive than the terminal parking ($18/day).  We will be staying the night before with relatives in the area so we don't need a hotel for the night.  Can anyone suggest safe, less expensive parking options?  Do any of the hotels allow parking without staying a night?  BTW, I've already looked at bestparking.com.

let your relatives take you to the port and pick you back up at the end of the cruise.

We cruise on Fantasy quite often, usually b2bs or more. We stay, the night before, in Saraland, Country Inn and Suites, and leave our car there for the full time. They’ve been charging $50 for shuttle and parking. There are other hotels, in the area, that also do similar. Previously, we did the Park and Cruise from Wyndham, in Mobile. The hotel began to decline, accommodation wise. This Wyndham, and others, now will allow parking and shuttle, without a night’s stay, for $50, I’ve heard. This may be what you want to do. Call the hotels and inquire; things do change.

Where does the Fantasy port out of? You might want to check the Departures board for that region.

 

And I would jump at parking for $18 a day. Boston is $20+, NYC is $40.
