How far from cruise port ?

How much for a taxi ride ?

And has anyone done it and is it worth it or would you just go to a beach ? This is first time going to the island we will be there in Dec and what will the weather be like?

Any help will be great

Thank's Tony

If s beach day with some food and a few drinks is all you want to do, id absolutely skip Sandals and head over to Vigie Beach, which is a 20-30 minute walk or $10 cab ride away.  Lots of lounge chairs, shade, calm swimming, boardwalk with local eats abd drinks, way way less expensive than Sandals!!

If an AI AO resort is a must, look at Rendezvous, again right near port and again, much less expensive than Sandals and beautiful grounds, great food and drinks.

If Sandals is a must for whatever reason, La Toc is closest, around $15-20 cab ride, Halcyon is next closest, around $20 cab ride.

However, if you have any interest in the island at all beyond beach, to see what sets it apart, maybe consider a tour instead.

Cosol offers an excellent day trip hitting the highlights.

Spencer Ambrose does the same, but by boat .

Serenity TVL and Real St Lucia Experience also offer great tours

And so on.

Enjoy
