Would anyone here know if passengers can sign up and pay for unlimited laundry service after boarding on a five day cruise? We were told by HAL that was unavailable because our cruise is less than seven days. Thanks!

Do you have any reason not to believe them?  🙄

No, I don’t know for sure but it makes sense.  You’d only get 3 days worth of laundry out of it if it were offered.  A bag of laundry would be more economical and make more sense than unlimited for that short period of time.

FWIW, I have seen some minor reductions in some amenities on shorter repositioning cruises (less than 7 days).

Unlimited laundry has been available on all of my 4-5 day cruises.

Yes, it is for Neptune / Pinnacle Suite occupants and 4-5 Star Mariners but not available for purchase by other passengers.

Why bother ??  You would pay $7 X 5 days, or $35 for unlimited laundry.   The by-the-bag price of $20 is a much better deal if you aren't 4 or 5 Star or in a Neptune suite.   You can't send any laundry out on the last day before disembarkation, so paying for 5 days of unlimited laundry only gets you 4 days.   Unless you plan to get on the ship with only one change of clothes and keep washing every day, then the $20 bag fee would be the best deal.
