Is there any All Inclusive Day Pass Resorts in Tortola?

Nothing I’m aware of. The Long Bay Resort (West End) offered a day pass years ago but that property is currently being developed under new mgt. 

 

Long Bay, Beef Island has been developed to receive day visitors from the cruise ships, perhaps your ship offers an AI excursion there?

 

If you have a long day in port Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke are alternatives, but still no AI day pass options...

Next best thing is just taxiing to Cane Garden Bay or Brewers Bay and enjoying drinks and food on a nice beach.
