I got it for 24 days coming up on the Splendor, when they had the sale, and I’m pretty sure you can use it whenever you want...

We have had weekly spa passes many times and you can use them every day as long as you want. Now there may be a sign at the T-pool that may recommend that you limit exposure to 15 minutes at a time, but that's just posted for safety reasons, and is not enforced or followed.😎

^What Jamman said. You can go back to the thermal suite/T-pool as many times per day as you want. I'll be enjoying 7 blissful days in a Cloud 9 balcony cabin on the Breeze starting this Saturday and plan to spend a LOT of time in the T-pool!

We bought the 7 day thermal suite pass on the Vista. I've never really done any spa stuff before, what did everyone else do with their pass? I imagine it will be good to finally get to use hot tubs that aren't crammed full of other people.

I got a promo email for 20% spa treatments that included the 7 day pass. I purchased it through the carnival website. Just go to your booking and look for the "Shop by Category" section and there will be a "Spa and Salon" category there to select.
