Upgrading the specialty dining package

We are sailing for the first time on NCL.  I have seen posts about people paying the difference between 250 minutes and the unlimited. Can I do the same with the dining package? We have the 3 meals dining package but I am thinking we would like to upgrade to 4.

Nope. 

 

You would need to purchase a 3 meal package (minimum) at retail price plus 20% gratuity

Unfortunately you cannot upgrade a dining package, you can buy another 3 nights or just go to the specialty restaurant and pay the charge.
