Island Princes Oct 27 Panama cruise

 We were able to book an accessible suite in June (this year).  Unheard of for an accessible cabin in any category that late.  I just checked and there are still accessible cabins available as well as several other regular balcony and others on various decks..  Any ideas why?  Time of year, ship, itinerary, cabin location (Promenade aft PR727/S5)  Sure hope it's a great cruise.

My bet is time of year. That is prime hurricane season for the Caribbean, and booking a cabin at that time risks your cruise being cancelled or re-routed.
