Strongly considering this TA for March 1, 2020. In reviewing the deck plans and cabins it's difficult having never being on the ship to determine what is acceptable considering you are on the sea for 13 straight days. Choosing wrong can make for a long voyage. That being said, I am looking at one of two types of Inside Cabins. One is the standard Inside, without a balcony, that overlooks the Central Park. Are these cabins somewhat quiet, especially after 11 PM. Does it make a difference how high up the deck is. Is deck 9, which is one level above the Central Park, more noisy than deck 14 which is 5 decks above? The other Inside is forward facing on the bow. Deck 7 would be Cabin 7510. How is this cabin for quietness and also for motion since it is right up front?

Any and all information would be most appreciated as I would like to take advantage of the very good pricing for this cruise.
