Earliest Boarding Time??

Check in just opened today for our Symphony Cruise on Nov 16, 2019. I checked in at 4:30 am.

The earliest boarding time in the drop down menu was 12:00 - 12:30 pm.

On all my other Cruises the earliest time was 10:30 am. Have they pushed back the times?I

Or were the earlier times taken by people that checked in before 4:30 am?

Suggested boarding times are not enforced by RC when sailing from US ports.  You can arrive whenever you like.  Boarding typically begins at 11am, or earlier.

Ok, thanks. On our last cruise even though we had that 10:30 boarding time, when boarding started they went by tier levels. It was very smooth and quick, and were on the ship waiting for the Park Cafe to open.

Just to clarify for others who may read this, RCI doesn't offer boarding times which could be ignored, it offers check in times, which can be ignored.  Check in and boarding are two slightly  different things.
