Carnival Spirit and food allergies

Does anyone have any experience with Carnival Spirit and food allergies.  I am asking about a serious fish allergy, gluetin allergy and dairy free foods.  Are these readily available?  Are they palatable?  Thanks for your help.

I can’t speak to the other allergies, but we are a gluten free (celiac) family and I’ll tell you Carnival has gone way above and beyond to accommodate us. At dinner each night they will show you the following night’s menu so you can make safe choices and they can prepare safe food without having to wait very long each night.

Contact special needs before you cruise.  They'll set it up with the dining crew on the ship, paired with your booking number and you'll be seen by one of the hostesses who will then guide you through the choices you have. Carnival goes out of its way to accommodate special diets.
