Rome restaurant recommendations

Hey! Rome is big. Huge. Spreading over a large region. Not knowing the area you are interested in makes it quite difficult. The advice number one is: stay away from tourist-traps. Go where the locals go, and you will never be disappointed,. If there's one thing that italians can really get furious about, then it is bad food quality 🙂

So, it might not be the best idea to check with tripadvisor, because there mainly tourist are leaving their ratings, the locals never rate their loved restaurants on tripadvisor, they want to keep it and have it for themselves... Walk through the residential streets, a bit beyong all the mayor attractions and look for the "tavola calda", (hot dinners) places... buon appetito!
