Argh! Can't get calendar to work.

I've tried Internet Explorer and Chrome.  I can log in but if I try to use Calendar nothing happens.  If I try to change to 3 day/1 day/List, nope.  If I try to move ahead one day or back with <>, nope.

 

This is really frustrating.

Did you try by opening an InPrivate or Incognito window? I find that the X site works better that way regardless of browser. Good luck.

Calendar feature wasn't working for me this morning either.

Celebrity's site looks nice, but man, I run into so many problems with that thing.

Never mind/ I just tried on 3 different browsers, regular and InPrivate windows by logging in and also by not logging in. No work around works. I also tried not logging in and clicking on the menu icon in the upper left, the Already booked, Cruise planner, entered reservation #, name, ship and sail date, Find My reservation, which took me back to the X home page. I'm now on the phone with Captains Club.

I have similar problems. Can be quite frustrating. The cruise app isn't much better.

That calendar doesn't work.  It's like I'm living the same day over and over again.

They are opening another IT ticket. I think they use those to build the new ships. This happens every time there is a limited time sale in the cruise planner. Odd how that always seems to happen.

Try again. I haven't had any issues yesterday or today. I'm using a lap top/windows10/Google Chrome. Try clearing your cookies.

Once you've cleared your cookies and cache, try opening an Incognito window to access X and your Cruise Planner.
