Direct telephone number for ship (Silhouette)

Having had various medical issues ourselves, and family,  I would like our daughter to be able to contact us direct on the Silhouette on our forthcoming cruise (hopefully not necessary) if my mobile does not work.

Celebrity UK have been utterly hopeless in giving me any information.

On a "Live Chat" online I was given two numbers, neither of which worked on test calls,  despite the rep saying they did. They didn't! Customer Services UK simply gave me the UK contact centre number (probably not manned 24/7) and said "they don't have a telephone number for the ship".

Clearly there is a telephone number for the ship, can anyone help me with this please or where I can find it?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated which will be more than we got from Celebrity!

Will a WIFI connection and WhatsApp work for you?

If you have an Android phone you can use a WIFI connection with the Hangouts app in Airplane mode also.
