Port Everglades car rental return

Do any rental companies allow you to return the rental car to Port Everglades rather than the airport?

Well you're post is in the correct place now.

 

There are no rental agencies "in" Port Everglades.

 

There are several just outside the port gate or very near by. Ones we have used are Dollar/Thrifty (closest one just outside the gate)......Budget on 17th Street (just a few minutes away).

 

Both of these will have a complimentary quick and easy shuttle to your ship.

 

Easy to return your car .... you absolutely don't have to go back to the airport...just make this designation when you book your car.

You also might try pricing your rental with Costco if you're a member. This is where we usually get our best rates.

We are picking  up a car at FLL for a few days, [November cruise] and then returning it to Alamo off Eller. We've done this before and never had a problem. DH swings into the Alamo "return" lane behind the building and we unload the luggage - an Alamo courtesy van drive then takes the luggage onto his van and off we go to the pier.  We also do the same process when picking p a car post-cruise.

What is the location for the Dollar/Thrifty address to use.  We want to get a car after a cruise next Feb and then 2 days later return it to the airport site
