Quebec City overnight dock changes

The Caribbean Princess will overnight in Quebec City on September 14.   It will be at dock 22 on Saturday. 

at midnight they will move the ship to dock 103, which is 1.8 miles away.

Does anyone know if they will provide a shuttle on Sunday?    is there normally a fee for the shuttle?
