Also 2 of our 3 cabins received this offer if we upgrade will they try to put us near each other or it’s like guaranty cabins ? As of now we got 2 balcony joining cabins and 1 inside. We will not bid on Aqua as this would mean that our family that has inside cabin would not be able to eat with us 🙂 thanks for answers and advise. Im no expert on the program, some cruise agencies have opted out of the program like Costco. Others are definitely in it as can be seen in the tracker sticked at the top of the page. You might check your reservation after signing in on Celebrity. Look under "Manage Your Reservation" and there may be an opportunity to "Move UP". We did not receive an E mail offer on our latest cruise that was booked directly with Celebrity but about 6-7 weeks before the cruise the opportunity to move up was under Manage your Reservation.
