It was a bit of a long walk...

 

Finally, I had reached my next eating and drinking destination... Esotico tiki bar...

 

I needed to use the restroom again, so I took a picture...

 

By the way, I forgot to post the picture of Bakan's restroom... It's almost like your peeing on the floor...

I had a drink called the El Zombie... A tequila cocktail, of course...

 

These are the ingredients... I couldn't remember them all...

My main goal here was their octopus hot dog... Think, a grilled octopus tentacle on a hot dog bun... Only, a really great quality bun, with great sauce...

 

They put some kind of dry ice concoction on the bar in front of me...

I was ready for another drink after that awesome "hot dog"... I had another tequila cocktail...

 

They offer all of their drinks in souvenir glasses... Some of these are about a hundred bucks each..  spoiler alert: I didn't buy one...

I'm back on the Metro Mover now, heading back towards Brickell...

 

I've spent right about a hundred fifty dollars so far in the past three hours on food and beverages... I think I can handle a couple more... My wallet, well that's another story...

I ended up at the Mandarin Oriental hotel... At MO Bar...

 

Saint Greg would have shuddered at the thought of eating bar snacks right there...

 

I ate them anyway, and ordered a drink... The Tom Kha Rita.

Holy s#!t... That drink ended up being $22, including tax and automatic gratuity... Won't be coming back to the Mandarin Oriental...

Just another night in Miami... Another very expensive night in Miami...

I'm back at the hotel room now... It seems as if they water down the liquor in all of Miami... No matter how many drinks I have, I just cannot get drunk in this town... We'll try it again on the Horizon tomorrow...

I've taken close to 20 cruises out of Miami now, so I'm pretty familiar with a good bit of it... The places I went tonight, however, I've never been to ever...

Sid, i wish you could travel, buy native art, have a store wherever you wanted it to be.
