Grocery Store Ocho Rios, Town?

Going to be in Ocho Rios for a day in January.  Is there a Grocery Store in town? How far is town from the Cruise Ship Terminal? Can you walk it? Safe to do? I have been in Ocho Rios once but simply did an excursion to Dunn River Falls and back.  Didn't see anything else.  I was hoping to find a grocery store and pick up a few things I had seen recommended on the board here. Thanks for any information!
