cruisingn09 Posted September 20, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2019 Has anyone recently done the day pass to the Holland House Beach in St Maarten? Your thoughts? Prices? Recommend or not? I searched the boards but the only thing I found was from 2018. Thanks in advance!
Rare Illbcruzn4life Posted September 20, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2019 (edited) It was fine last time we went there which probably was 2017. The package was good and the food tasty. The food was a bit pricey though. When we went to St Maarten last time probably February 2018 we went to the Lazy Lizard. Nothing wrong with Holland House but I felt more relaxed at the Lazy Lizard. https://lazylizardsxm.com/ It's only a couple spots down the beach from Holland House. island284 Posted September 20, 2019 #3 Share Posted September 20, 2019 We were there in April, 2019. $25 for two comfortable loungers, 2 drinks per person, an umbrella between the 2 loungers. The beach was nice, there wasn’t a huge drop off getting in and out of the water. It was an easy walk from the water taxi.

bermudadude54 Posted September 20, 2019 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2019 We were there in May, 2019. As stated above, two loungers, bucket of beer, and umbrella for $25. I believe you could substitute one rum drink for two beers or soft drinks instead of alcohol. The site is clean with nice views and water access. Free use of the hotels restrooms are a short walk away. Step through the hotel lobby and you are on the main street of Phillipsburg. The food is pricy but the portions were large. Very close to where the water taxi drops passengers off. My family liked it.

While I didn't see any I really wasn't looking for them either. After we left we just walked back to the ship and showered there.
