Extra room key

We'll be sailing on allure, and want to know if it's possible and how difficult it is to get an extra room key card, just to open the door. Mom and i both had offers, but hers was free only for her, so i booked dad in my room for no extra charge, but obviously he'll be staying in mom's room. Anyone ever need extra cards just to open doors?

Thanks in advance!

We have done this many times to take advantage of certain perks/breaks we get by splitting up and putting others with us.  Just go to Guest Services when you get on the ship and tell them you need an extra key for each cabin. It will have no charge ability, will just open the cabin door.  Will be a plain cream colored key with no name or anything on it.

That may vary by ship. Ours have always had a name on them
