Hi, are the CC Meet and Mingle parties always on the first night or can it vary depending on the ship and schedule?

In my experience it is most often held in the morning of the first sea day, less often in the afternoon, and I have never had a Cruise Critic party in the evening that I can recall

Sometimes (often?)  people on the Roll Calls agree to meet for sailaway, but that’s not the same thing....the official one is hosted by Celebrity and usually some officers stop by.

Once you sign up at the link above, you should get a notice in your stateroom when you embark at to when and where the M&M will be held.

 

The M&M is usually scheduled in the morning of the first sea day, although I've seen it held on one of our cruises around 5pm, right after the Muster Drill.  We're on a Med cruise next month where the first 5 days are port days, so I'll be curious to see when they hold it.  🍷

On our Med cruise , the first sea day is on day 7 😱

I signed up for a Meet & Mingle but it asked for reservation and last name only. Will that sign up both of us (same last name) in our cabin?

Yes, everyone in the cabin will be included

We’ve always met our Roll Call buddies at sail away at Sunset Bar and had a great time.  The view form there can’t be beat.
