Waterproof Digital Camera

Hi all - looking for a digital camera that is waterproof (for snorkeling, peach, pool etc) and takes decent indoor pictures as well.  I don't want to break the bank as it is for my 9 yr old...

Inexpensive cameras like the $60 ISHARE on Amazon are fairly descent starter cameras. Based on three savvy kids and now six tech-aware grandchildren, in a surprisingly short length of time it will suffer some sort of user error or oversight that will render it useless. It's best they learn about care for electronics on sub-$100 equipment. 😉
