Seafood, Restaurants

Hello -

 

Just trying to pin down an additional option in Cozumel. We will be arriving on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas so that will be the International Pier, I assume, if it makes a difference.

 

Just wondering if we could get some restaurant recommendations, especially for some seafood. Pricing and taxi cost would be helpful also. TIA

IMO, 2 of the best seafood places on Cozumel are in the back side of San Miguel. 

Pescaderia San Carlos is a fish market with a cafe attached. Fresh local stuff.  Call3 and Avenida 50 Sur bis.

La Conchite del Caribe on Avenida 65 Sur bis, has fabulous  coconut  shrimp and good ceviche.

A little  closer in town near the plaza is a small place called El Mero Mero, on Avenida 10 and Calle Rosado Sales

For a beach setting, Albertos along the Western  side has/ had Lobster. The Rasta Bar/Bob Marley's  at the southern end of the island also has excellent seafood dishes. Ceviche is amongst the best on the island.
